Where do i find the BlackBox file

BPWin logs most actions in a "BlackBox" log file.
This file is located in the "BP\DATALOG" folder in the home directory, named "BlackBox.html".
Batches of folders can also be created, named with a date and time stamp to help location files created when an issue occurred.

Single html files of batches can be attached to tickets, but we do recommend that they are zipped, to help reduce file sizes.
