Conditions: Handler will not initialise. There is no motion. Log file shows Cyber Status 5.
The Cyberoptics error table states "Link Fail (Sensor Data Error)" A data error has occurred on the communications link from the Camera to the SCM board. This error can be caused by electrical noise or a loose (broken) connection to the Camera. Refit all COAX cable connections.
Check the red LEDs on the SCM board.
If the LED closest to the green LED is lit, use a DVM to ohm out the cable, checking for crosstalk and grounding. Parts to replace as necessary:
CCYBSCMBDCONFIG, SCM board
CCYBSENHD, Camera
CCYBCAB, COAX Cable, old style, one piece.
New style are the upper and lower Gore trackless sections.
