TS1500 Wing Finger Height Adjustment

TS1500 Wing Finger Height Adjustment

A Setup and Calibration Tool (FTRAY-CALTOOL) may be used to check the height of the Wing Fingers.
Place the tool on the Top Plate as shown in the image.

Make sure that the tool is not sitting on the belt.
The top surface of the thin portion of the Wing Fingers should be at the same level as the bottom surface of the fingers on the Setup and Calibration tool.
If there is more than .010” between these two surfaces, make the necessary adjustments by loosening the fasteners that attach the Wings to the rotating rod.
Do not adjust the bearing blocks.
The respective Side Cover will need to be removed for this, by undoing the 4 straight slot screws on the top edge of the Tray Stacker.
If you do not have the Calibration Tool, the distance from the Top Plate (not the belt or belt groove) to the top surface of the thin portion of the Wing Fingers should be 0.913” (23.2 mm).
FTRAY-CALTOOL can be purchased directly from Adaptsys.
